Feels like scam

I was testing out the site with a $5 deposit, and then it made me claim a $1 bonus. First, it said I needed to 2x wager my deposit to withdraw. When I did that, it said the minimum withdrawal is $20, and when I won and got my balance up to $25, the requirement was increased to $50 for the first withdrawal. Obviously, I finally lost, and I feel cheated. When the site is pulling such nasty tricks from the beginning, I can only imagine how shady this operation really is.
